That’s why we are excited to announce the official launch of the FEM-Up Academy, a cutting-edge academy designed by University Teachers and Business Experts to empower the next generation of business leaders.
During the last week of January, participants have taken part to the 6 kick-off meetings, organised in each country with their trainers and mentors. These sessions not only provided valuable insights into the key aspects of the program but also offered an exciting chance to connect, collaborate, and start building lasting relationships.
At the FEM-UP Academy, we believe entrepreneurship is more than just starting a business; it’s about fostering creativity and resilience, especially for female entrepreneur in STEAM disciplines. Our academy offers a dynamic learning environment where young entrepreneurs can gain practical skills, connect with business experts and experiences entrepreneurs to build a solid foundation for long-term success.

Every Thursday, a workshop is organised with a Guest Speaker who has successfully navigated the challenges related to the training topic of the week.
Every week, the participants meet with their assigned mentors to gain valuable insights and personalized guidance from business experts.
Additionally , some networking events and visits to startups will be organised during the programme and an international pitching contest in Maribor (Slovenia) in June.
