Nadja Dokter

Nadja is an experienced EU Project Manager at VITECO, a digital solutions company based in Catania, Italy. She is actively involved in multiple EU-funded projects in the fields of digital health, work-based learning, and innovation ecosystems.

With a background in Business Administration, specializing in innovation and international management, Nadja has cultivated a deep passion for languages and multicultural environments. This passion took her to Brussels, where she spent 13 years working within the EU Institutions. After three years at the European Commission, she transitioned to the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) in Budapest, focusing on innovation policy, strategy development, entrepreneurial education, and fostering collaboration within the Knowledge Triangle (Higher education, research, and business).

Following a career break dedicated to self-exploration and creative expression through photography and abstract painting, Nadja relocated to Italy. She now applies her expertise in project management and innovation strategy at VITECO, contributing to forward-thinking initiatives that drive digital transformation across Europe.
