The FEM-Up project, dedicated to empowering young women aged 18 to 30 in STEM/STEAM fields and entrepreneurship, is excited to announce the launch of its survey. With a mission to break down barriers and foster innovation, the project aims to establish the FEM-Up Academy in six partner countries. This academy will offer tailored support and mentorship to aspiring female entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of gender equality and creativity in STEM disciplines.

Through awareness campaigns and networking opportunities, FEM-Up seeks to combat gender stereotypes and inspire women to pursue careers in traditionally male-dominated fields. The survey launch signifies a crucial step forward in engaging young women and soliciting their input to shape the project’s direction.

As the project progresses, updates on survey findings and further initiatives will be shared, underscoring FEM-Up’s commitment to empowering women in STEM and entrepreneurship across Europe. Stay tuned for more exciting developments!
