As part of FEM-Up Academy’s ongoing mission to empower young women entrepreneurs, the team recently visited Entertech Istanbul Technopark—a hub of innovation and technology. Hosted by the Entertech team, the participants received in-depth insights into the Technopark’s entrepreneurship and incubation programs, gaining valuable knowledge about the support systems available for launching and growing a startup.
This eye-opening visit offered more than just information—it offered inspiration. During the visit, they also toured technology-based startups that are growing and making a high impact at the incubation center. This is the case of the startup AIHear, which develops AI-powered medical devices in the field of audiology, and DETECH Software, which develops a search engine for precedents using AI technology.
During these visits, FEM-Up Academy participants saw concrete examples of how artificial intelligence technologies can be used for innovation by digitizing manual tasks of daily life.
For the young entrepreneurs, it was a turning point—sparking new ideas and strengthening their belief that they, too, can drive innovation in tech. The visit to Entertech not only equipped the FEM-Up Academy participants with essential tools and examples for their entrepreneurial journeys but also lit a path forward—one powered by knowledge, innovation, and the confidence to build the future.
